welcome back, everybody. well, we're wrapping up the first storm. we're not finished with it. the heavier thunderstorms pushed into new jersey and a few thunderstorms are possible in the eastern shore. we have a few lingering showers along the edge of the bay and cecil county. and the thing is, as we head into the afternoon, there's a chance for a thunderstorm and not much rain. and we'll take it back here,
12:19pm
this is what we've been dealing with and we'll have the rain continue heavy at times and we have a tornado on the eastern shore. we have advisories running a foot above average because of all of the rain and the wind. the other thing the wind is doing is keeping the warm air in place and the muggy air. it's muggy outside and then temperaturewise, we're in the 70s and that could lead to a shower and thunderstorm this afternoon. most of that storm system has moved out. however, here's another one we need to talk about. down here, in the caribbean, you can barely see it. here's the storm and the center is pushing to the north and taking the rain with it. down to the south, we have tropical depression number 16. and this is going to make its way north eastward. it's going towards the east coast and there are a lot of questions with the track of it.
12:20pm
and it could go to the west. one thing we're sure of, distance it connects, it will sling shoot it and we'll get a lot of rain of it and it could hold on to the formation and that will be something we can hold on to. >> so, putting that together, that front gets out of here and with the rain approaching to the south, thursdays, rounds of heavy rain and wind. this could be tropical storm nicole. it stays inland and we'll keep you upped on it. we have the chance for a shower and thunderstorm and otherwise, muggy and warm. 83 for the high and patchys dense fog possible and mixed clouds and sunshine for most of the day. the thing is, tomorrow night, the rain could move in and thursday, it will be a stormny day. and a lot of wind and rain. if it moves further inland,
12:21pm

i'm frank kratovil and i approve this message. the real andy harris. buried in his website - a promise to replace the tax code with a 23% sales tax and eliminate the mortgage interest deduction. a bush tax panel said families would pay $6,000 more a year. a reagan tax advisor calls it a very dumb idea. but that's not his only bad idea. harris was the only senator to vote against expanding the child care tax credit and against the state's cancer treatment program. andy harris' extreme ideas will cost us.
